Multi-Touch Attribution is a marketing measurement model that assigns credit to multiple touchpoints a customer interacts with before converting. Unlike single-touch models, which credit only the first or last interaction, multi-touch attribution distributes value across the entire journey—such as ad clicks, email opens, and website visits. This approach provides deeper insight into which channels and campaigns contribute most to conversions, helping marketers optimize spend and strategy across the funnel.
