Systems thinker. Recovering vinyl shop owner. Growth marketer.
17 years, 75+ brands, one obsession: removing the friction between people and the thing they already want.
Since 2015, I've worked across 75+ brands and 10+ industries - from B2B MedTech and SaaS to DTC, fintech, and television - building growth systems across SEO, paid media, email, and multichannel funnels.
My path into growth started in 2008, when I founded Poland's first online vinyl record store - the first place customers could listen to a record before buying it. It ran profitably from month one, for six years, without a single return. That's where I learned that growth isn't about tactics - it's about removing friction between a customer and the thing they already want.
Most recently, I served as CMO at TrichoLAB, a B2B MedTech company, where I grew monthly SQL output from 25 to 53 quarter over quarter, reaching a 513% ROAS in Q2. Alongside that, I run Webomo, working with brands like Decathlon Rent, Gamfi, Estyl, Fakturownia, Focus Telecom, and the Viasat Group, and advising agencies including Lumo (Performance Media Polska), AdNext, and Kerris Group.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all marketing. Every tactic I use is designed to fit the business - whether that means running paid media myself or leading a team through Scrum sprints. That's how real growth happens.
