ICE Scoring is a prioritization framework used in growth marketing and product development to evaluate ideas based on three factors: Impact, Confidence, and Ease. Each idea is scored on a scale (typically 1–10) for each criterion, and the total score helps teams rank initiatives. High-ICE ideas are those likely to deliver significant results, are backed by data or experience, and can be executed quickly. ICE Scoring enables faster, smarter decision-making with limited resources.
