Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) measures the revenue generated as a result of marketing efforts compared to the amount spent on those efforts. It is calculated by dividing the incremental profit attributable to marketing by the marketing investment, often expressed as a percentage. ROMI helps businesses evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of marketing campaigns, optimize budget allocation, and make data-driven decisions to maximize growth.
